International Property Spotlight Coincides with ARDA World Convention

WASHINGTON – April 2, 2012 – The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) will feature timeshare members from the Dominican Republic resort, Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club, during the month of April as part of the industry’s continual effort to share the features, amenities, and global destinations of vacation products in stories from owners and members themselves.Debuting at ARDA’s globally-focused Convention in Las Vegas, owners from Lifestyle Holidays talk about their vacation experiences, giving a glimpse into a world of better vacationing.  Their video is the sixth in a monthly series showcasing the passion of timeshare owners.  It is the first international property profiled.

Several long-time members tout the charm and relaxation of the Dominican Republic resort, including families from the United States and Canada.

About Timeshare

Timeshare and vacation ownership are often used as interchangeable terms. Timeshare may be purchased through deeded property ownership, right-to-use, or a points-based program. Owners purchase a villa, usually in one-week increments, within a fixed (same week each year) or “floating” system. Floating time allows the owner to schedule each year’s vacation for the desired week within a specified season.
